    Shipping policy

    1. Delivery will be handled only by Japan Post Co., Ltd.'s International Express Mail Service. We do not handle other delivery methods. Therefore, we cannot deliver to areas where International Express Mail Service cannot be delivered.
    2. Delivery date and time cannot be specified, and cash on delivery is not available.
    3. Items will be shipped within 10 business days after payment is confirmed, but may be delayed depending on stock availability.
    4. After delivery, a tracking number will be provided on the website. We do not offer DHL, FedEx or USP. We do not ship to Nigeria, Indonesia, Kazakhstan via EMS due to advice or shipping safety issues. Import duties and related fees are to be paid by the buyer. Seller is not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs. Seller is not responsible for uninsured packages in case of loss.
    5. We will not mark items with a lower value or mark the item as a "gift" on customs forms, as this is against US and international law.
    6. Items may be subject to customs duties, which the customer is responsible for. Please note that we are unable to tell you whether customs duties will be charged or how much they will be, so please inquire with your local customs authorities.
